I would like to than the maintenance department for their hard worked here at the Belvedere apartments for keeping our neighborhood ... cleaned and operating. I like to thank Juan for coming to my apartment yesterday and today fixing my toilet and removing the scratches. Juan is always professional and on time and very polite. I just moved in a week ago and I have to say I absolutely love the management team here, Sean and Jazzmine are so amazing!! ... They really go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Everyone in the office makes it so easy to go in and talk to them about anything.....they have taken care of small issues that I had upon move in immediately, they did not just say that they would take care of it and never did like I have experienced before...but they actually do take care of things. The amenities are by far one of the best I have seen around here, (and they are all open) the pool is like a resort style pool. I also love how they have assigned parking on your floor, that way you don't have to look for a place to park with so much extra space on the top levels for guests.
